American Dolphin Silicone Sealant

DESCRIPTION

American Dolphin is an acetoxy based sealant system capable of polymerizing at room temperature. The sealant possesses superior long-term weathering, UV and ozone resistance properties. It can be easily applied from caulking cartridge, pails or drums with automated pumping equipments attached to dispensing lines and collapsible tubes. In addition, they offer potential savings in installation and maintenance labor expenditure. American Dolphin acetoxy sealant adheres to most metal painted surface, glass, ceramic, enamel, PVC and many other plastics. These sealants are ideally suited for overhead or sidewall joint application since they do not flow.

METHOD

American dolphin finds applications in construction, glazing, bus body, rail coach building, aquarium manufacturing and several other industrial applications. The sealant may be applied straight from the cartridge by use of manual or automatic/pneumatic applicator guns. This product should only be applied to surfaces, which are thoroughly clean and dry, free of all loose material dirt, rust, oil and other contaminants. Glass may be cleaned with either soap water or with solvent.

SHELF LIFE: Eight months from the month of manufacture, if stored below 25?C

SRORAGE:     Store in cool dry place away from heat source and direct sunlight
